Holli Lost 50 Pounds in Six Months

Little Victories Mean A Lot
Promised I'd get back to you on my 5K results. Awhile ago I had entered a 5K race in a big Detroit event. Since I coach people to live healthier lives through nutrition and lifestyle I felt it important that I practice what I was preaching.
