My name is Beth Totzkay. I live in Plymouth Michigan. I am a mother of 3 and Grandmother of 5. I work full time. So I keep very busy. I still have a 9 year old son, who keeps me very busy with boy scouts and all his school activities. I have dedicated my life to my kids and work. Most of the time putting everybody’s needs before mine for years. It took my daughter taking a photo of me and I did not even recognize the person in the photo. I let myself get up to almost 300 pounds and I am only 5’ 1”. I decided at that moment something had to be done…….. (making my goal… to get into my wedding dress).

The WLC thought me how to do just that. It IS NOT A DIET!!!!! It is a lifestyle change. My coach taught me how to balance my food. I still eat most of the foods I did before. She just taught me how…. To eat to live, NOT live to eat. I can not believe it is that easy. If a mother and Grandmother of 5 can do it….. Anyone can. NO EXCUSES. I work full time and have a very crazy schedule, but I took the time for myself.

You just need to learn how to balance your life. I started my lifestyle change 14 months ago. I am now 150 pounds lighter. That is a person!!!! I am amazed myself. I also made my goal of fitting into my Wedding Dress. Loosing all this weight and people witnessing my journey has really been such a blessing. Almost all my friends and family have followed in my footsteps. I love helping people to achieve their goals. I would love to be a personal coach, teaching nutrition and exercise. That is my next goal. It is such a great feeling to see everyone I know become healthy, adding more years to their life. What a gift that is.

I can not say enough about the WLC. Were else can you get a personal WLC coach and a 12 week coarse on nutrition for such a little amount of money. Then, to make it even better…. A chance to win much more then you paid into it. I have learned so much and grown so much in the past year. I am so glad that I heard about this program.

JUST TAKE THE CHALLENGE. MAKE THAT 1st STEP TO A HEALTHIER YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As my WLC coach would say, “ I look forward to seeing less of you. “

THANK YOU WLC,

WOOHOO!!!! Just bought my first pair of jeans from the Misses section! I have been wearing 16Ws and I just thought I'd give it a shot and see. I bought the jeans, thinking I would probably have to wait a bit before wearing them. Them I pulled them on, buttoned, then zipped them! They're a 16 - NO W after it!

Hope you're doing well!
